By registering and using Golden Star International Ltd. services, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

👤 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to own, buy, or sell precious metals or diamonds in your jurisdiction.

🔑 Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. All activities under your account are your responsibility.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account is strictly prohibited.
• We may request identity verification (KYC) when required by law or risk controls.

🚫 Prohibited Use

• Illegal activity, fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or abuse of promotions.
• Attempts to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse our systems.
• Harassment, hate speech, or content that violates applicable laws.

💳 Payments

We accept cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT), international bank transfers, and credit/debit cards. All transactions may be screened under AML/KYC rules. Crypto payments are final after sufficient blockchain confirmations.

Prices may change due to market volatility, network fees, and partner costs. Refunds are only possible where required by law.

🧾 Orders & Pricing

• Quotes and availability depend on live market conditions.
• Errors in pricing/availability may result in order cancellation with full refund.

📦 Shipping & Insurance

All physical deliveries of gold, silver, and diamonds are fully insured and shipped via certified couriers. Delivery estimate: 30–45 days. We may require ID and a signature. Risk passes upon confirmed delivery.

💼 Wallet

• Your in-app wallet is an internal ledger. Balances are not bank deposits and do not bear interest.
• Withdrawals/purchases may require compliance checks or cooling-off periods.

🤝 Referrals

• Referral codes may be time-limited and void if inactive for 90 days.
• Commissions may be adjusted in case of cancellations, chargebacks, or fraud.

🔐 Privacy Policy

We collect minimal personal data necessary to operate our services: name, contact details, logs (IP/device), and KYC data when required. We use this data for account management, security, shipping, legal compliance, and support.

These Terms are governed by international trade laws and the laws of the jurisdictions where Golden Star operates. Local consumer protections may also apply.
